VETERAN-FOUNDED
Our founder, Arch Miller is a veteran himself. We also have many instructors, staff, and current students who are veterans. You will never feel alone or out-of-place in our supportive and welcoming environment.

HANDS-ON LEARNING
All of our training is very hands-on so, most of your day will be spent climbing and working directly with the same equipment used in the field. We also keep our class sizes small which means you will get more individualized attention and training.

CAREER PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
After completing your training and certifications, you still have our support. We have an excellent career services team who will help you every step of the way so you can score your dream job! We will help you build a resume that will stand out; we will set you up with our connections in the industry for interviews before you even graduate. If you don’t get hired before graduation, our career services team will continue to aid in your job search.

STUDENT HOUSING
We take every possible step to pair you with other veterans in our housing facilities. Having shared similar experiences and lifestyles can help a lot with feeling at home and we always take that into account.
