Northwest Renewable Energy Institute’s financial aid staff is committed to providing a high standard of excellence in an environment that provides friendly and accurate student financial assistance. Maximum effort will be exerted by the financial aid department staff to ensure that applicants seeking the career trainings that are offered at the Institute will be afforded every opportunity to obtain financial assistance without barriers and within prudent financial practices. Northwest Renewable Energy Institute will manage federal, state and institutional funds effectively per regulatory and statutory compliance requirements. The financial aid office staff will also provide financial knowledge to students that will guide them towards additional resources for a successful future. Northwest Renewable Energy Institute staff is committed to the highest level of ethical behavior and will refrain from conflict of interest or the perception thereof. The financial aid office staff members will also protect the privacy of students and ensure confidentiality per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (34 CFR § 99.31)
